Harvest Series - Kraut & Kimchi Workshop

Take on the challenge to grow and store all of your veg for one full year. It's possible by joining the The Harvest workshop series. This series should empower you, the grower, with skills to preserve and create yummy flavours that are not only delicious, but great for your health.

Led by Chef Dani, you'll be guided on a 3 hr workshop to make your own sauerkraut & kimchi. Great for people with a glut of - Cabbage, Wombok, Radish, Daikon etc

WHAT YOU GET
Outline of equipment and how to use it inc substitutions
Instruction on making your own brine
Guidance on establishing flavour profiles
Instruction on veg prep & salting
Guidance on sanitising, filling and sealing
Guidance how to avoid spoilage
1x jar of sauerkraut
1x jar of kimchi

Attendees can bring their own produce and jars for extra batches

$80pp + booking fee
